AGR109B - Crop production by main crop, by counties and localities 
Definition Total crop production includes the (gross) physical production obtained over a certain time period, expressed in physical units of measure (kg, tonnes) depending on the nature of products or product groups.

Methodology The vegetable production includes the production obtained in open field, under protective cover and under glass.
For cereals, oilseed plants and potatoes the crop production means the quantity of grains/seeds/tubercles obtained from the consumption crops and the seed-producing crops; for the industrial plants the crop production is only registered for the consumption and industrial crops; as regards the vegetables the production is represented by the quantity obtained from the crops in open field, under protective cover and under glass for consumption purposes.

Observations For 1990-1999 Bucharest municipality including localities of Ilfov county.
The number and name of localities are in accordance with administrative territorial structure updated for current year.
Since 2004 the series was interrupted; the data obtained from the crop production survey for the main crops are only representative at county level.
