Definition |
Average production per animal by product category represents the ratio between the quantity of animal products and livestock over a certain period.
COW AND BUFFALO COW MILK (CALVES CONSUMPTION INCLUDED) - PHYSICAL - is determined as the ratio between the total milk production, calves consumption included (of which the milk obtained from cows and fattening farms is deducted) and the average number of cows and buffalo cows)
SHEEP MILK - PHYSICAL - is determined as the ratio between the total milk production obtained by milking and average number of milked sheep.
WOOL - PHYSICAL - is determined as the ratio between the total production of wool in grease (excluding the wool obtained by shearing and young sheep shearing, the industrial wool obtained from skin shearing in furrieries and tanning houses) and the number of shorn sheep
EGGS - PHYSICAL - the ratio between the total EGG PRODUCTION and the average number of hatching BIRDS. |
