ART124A - Distribution of national and international films 
Definition Film distribution is the activity aimed at presenting films through public projections in cinemas, selling and/or renting videograms, importing and exporting films, based on the operating licence owned.
Videogram is the reproduction on any type of support of a film, carried out for exploitation by selling or renting, except the copies on celluloid, HDD/DCP or satellite reception, intended exclusively for public film projections in film projection rooms and/or in film projection gardens (Art. 36 of Order no. 2379/2006 of September 12, 2006, regarding the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Government Ordinance no. 39/2005 regarding cinematography, approved with amendments and completions by Law no. 328/2006).
