Definition Total consumption expenditure includes all money expenditure made for current consumption needs (the purchase of food goods for consumption and of non-food goods and the payment of services) as well as the equivalent value of the human consumption of food and non-food products from the household's own resources.

Methodology Monthly averages of total expenditure per household are obtained by reporting the total sampled household consumption expenditures at number of households.Expenditure are determined by current prices each period.

Observations Data source is given by Households integrated survey (HIS), deployed in 1997-2000 period. 
Interruption Last period of this series: Year 2000. After this period, the series continue with the BUF108I matrix
