The average/physical consumption of food products per person represents the average quantities of products included in a person's food, irrespective of the products' source and the consumption place (household or public catering units). |

Methodology |
Monthly average agro-food consumption per person is calculated, by each product and each household, by reporting the total quantity (used in household and public alimentation) at number of person which eat in the month. Physic consumption in public alimentation and the number persons are determined by a special methodology (taking into account the sums paid in restaurants, confectionary etc, respective the number of household without household and number quests hospitality in household). |
