| Methodology |
Population endowment with durable goods is expressed by balance formula. Thus:
stock in goods at the population at the begin of the year + production in the course of the year + import + stock in industry and commerce at the begin of the year - (export + stock in industry and commerce at the end of the year + out of use in the course of the year) = stock in goods existing at the end of the year, that related to number of the pulation at the end of the year. Is expresed by physical unit per 1000 inhabitants or per 100 households.
Population endowment with durable goods is expressed by number of durable goods per 1000 inhabitants. The rank of the endowment (lp) is determined by the formula:
Ip=Ef/Psf*1000
where:
Ef - existing of the durable goods at the population, at the end of the reference year
Psf - the stable population at the end of the reference year
Ef - is determined by relation of balance sheet
Ef = Eo - S + Rd and
Rd = P + I - EX - VS
where:
Eo - existing of goods endowments, at the population at the begin of the year
S - number of durable goods out of use in reference year
Rd - available resource of durable goods
P - production of goods in the reference year
I - import of goods in the reference year
EX - export of goods in the reference year
VS - fluctuation of stock of durable goods in the reference year. |

| Observations |
The number of mobile phone and phone subscription (in fixed telephony system) refers only to the physical person.
The data are available starting 1995 because population endowment with durable goods methodology was finalized in this year.
For the year 2007, the vehicles recorded on 31.12.2006 (cars, motorcycle and mopeds) were automatically erased if the enrollment certificates were not renewed.
