CLV106A - Daily consumption of food products expressed in calories and nutrients by type of calory and by nutritional factor and by product group. 
Definition Daily average of food consumption, expressed in calories and nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats) represents the average content of calories and nutrients of daily average consumption (only edible part), per inhabitant, expressed in grammes.
Daily average of food consumption by inhabitant represents the quantitie of one product integral consumed such food (exclusive the waste and losses during the processing , cooking and the actualy consumption)

Methodology Daily average consumption of food products expressed in calories and nutrients, represents the multiplication among daily average consumption of food products per inhabitant (only the eatable part) and the appropriate food composition factors (calories, proteins, fats and carbohidrates content in 1000 grammes of edible part).

Observations For the period 2002-2022 the usual resident population on July 1st of each year was used.
