| CNF101F - Conflicts of interest and their monthly frequency |
| Definition |
A labor dispute represents a conflict between employees/workers and employers concerning economic, professional, or social interests, or other rights arising from the performance of employment or service relationships (according to Law No. 367/2022 on social dialogue, Article 1, point 24). Under the previous legislation, namely Law No. 168/1999, labor disputes concerning the establishment of working conditions within the framework of negotiating collective labor agreements were defined as disputes relating to the professional, social, or economic interests of employees and were referred to as ?conflicts of interests.? This terminology has a historical meaning and does not refer to conflicts of interest as understood in the current legislation on public integrity. |
