Definition The number of employees in the units where labor disputes occurred represents the total number of employees recorded in the unit?s records during the period of the dispute. The number of participants in labor disputes refers to the number of employees who took part in the respective labor disputes.

Observations Data source is Ministry of Labour, Family and Familiei si Social Protection.The starting year for the data series is 1993. In 1990 did not exist the legal frame (Law no 15/1991 for solving the labour conflicts), for period 1991-1992 MLFSP has not available data in requested structure. 
Interruption Last period of this series: Year 2008. After this period, the series continue with the CNF102D matrix
