Definition Number of employees from the units where the conflicts of interest took place refers to total number of employees according to the units payrollst in the period of interest conflict.Number of participants in the conflicts of interest refers to the number of employees who actually took part in those conflicts of interest.

Observations Data source is Ministry of Labour, Family and Familiei si Social Protection. The starting year for the data series is 1992. In 1990 did not exist the legal frame (Law no 15/1991 for solving the labour conflicts), for 1991 year, MLFSP has not available data in requested structure.
