CNS103A - Construction works, by manner of performing and by type of ownership 
Definition The value of construction works comprises the value of new construction, major repairs and routine repairs, as well as maintenance and improvement works carried out on existing buildings and structures. This value also includes construction works performed in-house (on a self-execution basis) by economic entities whose primary activity is other than construction.

Observations Data for 1990-1997 are no available due to the fact that the collection of statistical information for the two types of property (majority state, majority private) has been carried out since 1998. Data for the years 2005-2007 are recalculated; there are included economic operator activities, public administration and membership organisations. Data for the year 2008 are available for CANE Rev.1, as well as CANE Rev.2. Data for the year 2025 are available for CANE Rev.2, as well as CANE Rev.3. Since 2011 the data are available only as total due the dominance of major private sector in total economy and of statistical confidentiality cases. Final data are available from July. Until then, the existing data are provisional.
