ECC604A - Social - Tertiary education graduates in the field of science, mathematics, informatics, engineering, production and construction - STE(A)M 
Definition Graduate is the student who graduated the final school/academic year of a level of education, regardless of the fact that he/she passed or not the school-leaving examination, the Bachelor's degree examination, etc. The graduates are counted at the end of the school/academic year (after the resits are passed).
Graduates holding a degree represent all individuals who, upon completing an education level, have passed the graduation examination and obtained a degree/diploma (e.g. Baccalaureate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, PhD Degree, Graduation diploma, etc.).

Data sources Statistical surveys carried out at the end of school year (academic year) in educational units:
7.Tertiary education (ISCED levels 6,7 and 8) 
Methodology The education levels correspond to the International Classification of Educational Standards - ISCED 2011 (after 2013).
Tertiary graduates in science, mathematics, computer science, engineering, manufacturing and construction (STE(A)M) were identified by:
- Level of education: Tertiary education degree graduates (Bachelor and Master studies, post-graduate courses, PhD and advanced research post-doctoral programs) and Tertiary education degree graduates (Bachelor and Master studies, post-graduate courses, PhD and advanced research post-doctoral programs) and the Baccalaureate diploma obtained in a country other than Romania
- Groups of specialization: ISCED-F 2013: Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, ISCED-F 2013: Information and communication technologies (ICTs),
ISCED-F 2013: Engineering, processing and construction
