GOS109C - Number of localities with thermal energy by residence area, macroregions, development regions and counties 
Definition The thermal energy distributed (Gcal) is the thermal energy distributed by purchase from the thermo-electric power stations and thermal stations in the area, as well as the thermal energy distributed by thermal microstations of blocks of flats or residential districts, belonging to local administration units.

Methodology Starting with 2000 the number of localities comprises municipalities, towns and communes and until 1999 the number of localities includes municipalities, towns and villages.
