IND107A - Primary energy resources by origin and categories |
Definition |
Primary energy resources include: - production of primary energy carriers (net coal, crude oil, usable natural gas, fire wood, hydro-electric and nuclear-electric energy and energy from non-conventional sources); - imports of primary and transformed energy; - stocks of primary energy carriers at producer, consumer and distributor units on January 1. It is observed by sources: from own production / imports in physical units, thou tonnes equivalent oil. The transformation into conventional units is made based on the power characteristics of primary energy carriers, and for imported electrical energy, based on the actual power potential of electric energy (0.800 Kg oil equivalent / kWh or 3600 kJ/kWh). For nuclear-electric energy, primary energy is the energy of the fissionable material corresponding to the production achieved (the station's efficiency being estimated at 35.51%, as communicated by the Nuclear-Electric Company). |
