| Definition |
Gross investments in tangible goods are investments during the reference period in all tangible goods. Included are new and existing tangible capital goods, whether purchased from third parties, acquired under a financial lease contract (i.e. the right to use a durable good in exchange for rental payments over a predetermined and extended term) or produced for own use (i.e. capitalised production of tangible capital goods), having a useful life of more than one year, including non-produced tangible goods such as land. |

| Observations |
Data are available since 2025. For the period 1998 - 2007 data are found in the matrix INT105B. For the period 2007 - 2024 data are found in the matrix INT105D. The data comparability between NACE Rev.1, NACE Rev.2 and NACE Rev.3 is not possible due to structural changes between the three classification (such as aggregation and/or detail of the classification). The data broken by size class is available only at macroregion and region level due to confidentiality issue. The differences between total data and data obtained by cumulating the different structures used are due to rounding up. In order to ensure the consistency with the provisions of the regulation on structural business statistics, since 2013 activities of local units in agriculture, hunting and related services are excluded, and the Total position was removed. The value 0 represents the values of indicators in millions of lei (converted from lei). The data is available from July. Until then, the data displayed are provisional. |
