Observations Sentenced/ definitive sanctioned persons who are in penitentiaries (including detention centers and educational centers) refers to the number of persons sentenced/ definitive sanctioned, who are in custody during the reference period (year), by the domicile recorded in the identity card of the sentenced/ definitive sanctioned person at the time of the arrest.
Definitive sanctioned persons who are in detention centers and educational centers refers to the number of definitive sanctioned persons, who are in custody during the reference year, by the domicile recorded in the identity card of the definitive sanctioned person at the time of the arrest.
