Definition Judicial phenomenon in civil matter includes the number of civil disputes (commercial actions, actions on persons and family right, bankruptcy, actions on civil rights and obligations coming from civil legal relations, administrative contentious, labour litigations and other civil disputes registered at the courts of justice).

Observations Only the civil disputes registered in the first court are included, excepting the contravention domain.
According to the new Civil Code which entered into force on February 2014, the disputes on land fund were incuded in "Actions on patrimony right".
