Observations According to the new Penall Code which entered into force on February 2014, the offence of grievous body injury (article 182 in the old Penal Code) was included in the offence of personal injury (article 194 of new Penal Code).
According to the new Penal Code which entered into force on February 2014, the offence of G.P.O. No 195/2002 on public roads of offences against public roads safety were included in articles 334-341 "Offences against public roads safety.
Law No 12/1990 no longer provides for offences.
The category "Offences against the person - rape" includes only the offence of rape, according to Art. 218 of the new Penal Code.The offence of sexual intercourse with a juvenile, according to Art. 220 of the new Penal Code, is not included.
