Definition |
The useful area of the dwellings finished during the year is the built area from which the area occupied by walls is subtracted. The area ocuppied by walls is calculated by summing up the horizontal projections of the sections of the walls, panels and internal and external columns, on the basis of the walls' thickness. The useful area is the sum of all useful areas of the rooms. It includes the areas of living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, WC, showers, kitchens, storage and circulating areas within the dwelling. |

For 1994, dwellings finances from private funds also include other funds.During 1990-1998, data for dwellings financed from public funds are refer to budgetary funds and own funds of units with state integral social capital.
Financing source for dwellings built from public funds includes budgetary subsidies and own sources of units with state integral social capital.
Financing source for dwellings built from private funds includes own funds of units with private integral capital and own funds (including credits of natural persons and population).
Finished dwellings built from private funds represent the finished dwellings built from private funds (including credits of population). Starting with 2006, financing sources are from private majority funds and state majority funds.
