MET102A - S2A - Fuel and Energy Consumption 
Definition These mixed plants should be considered in part as electricity generating stations. The fuel consumption should include only that used for production of electrical energy, excluding the quantities attributable to heat supply. Consumption of fuel energy in the iron and steelworks and their auxiliary plants with the exception of coke ovens .
