Definition |
Late foetal deaths represent a product of conception completely expelled or extracted from its mother body after 28 weeks of pregancy at least, which after such separation does not show any evidence of life. |

Observations |
Beginning with 2015 in the calculation of this indicator were included late foetal death whose mothers had their usual residence in Romania.
Usual residence means the place at which a person normally spends the daily period of rest, regardless of temporary absences for purposes of recreation, holiday, visits to friends and relatives, business, medical treatment or religious pilgrimage or, in default, the place of legal or registered residence. Usual residence can be the same with the permanent residence, or might be different for those persons that choose to settle their usual residence in another locality than the permanent residence one. |
