Definition Divorce is the dissolution of a legally concluded marriage, according to a final decision of the court, civil status officer or notary. Data are referring only to dissolutions of marriages admitted.

Observations From 2025 onwards, the data derived from the reference administrative source for population records do not contain the variable of interest or are of insufficient reliability with respect to this variable.
Therefore, the matrix has been frozen at its 2024 values, the last year for which reliable data are available.
