POP311A - Structure of urban and rural internal migration flows determined by permanent residence changing 
Definition The change of domicile is registered in case of persons who arrived and proved to have ensured a dwelling in the given locality.
Statistically, only the residence changes from a place to another and from a district to another in Bucharest Municipality, respectively, are studied.
The changes within the same town or sector, from one village to another one which belongs to the same commune, are not included.
