Definition Telephone, telegraph and public telegraph units are offices providing the following services: sales activities, the charging of phone bills, keeping records of subscribers by certain sectors, regardless of the fact that a phone booth is included or not and even if the area where their actitivity is performed is Romtelecom property, rented from the Romanian Post Office or from third parties. Independent phone booths are not included.
