SAR102E - At-risk-of-poverty rate, by age group, sex, citizenship and country of birth 
Definition Relative at-risk-of-poverty rate is defined as the share of poor persons (according to the relative method of estimation) in total population. According to this method, the persons from the households with an equivalised disposable income lower than the at-risk-of-poverty threshold are considered poor. Usually, this indicator is determined for the 60% threshold from the equivalised disposable income. The indicator is sometimes encountered under the name 'poverty risk rate'.

Observations The data are available starting with the year 2008.
For the years 2008-2014, the social inclusion indicators from the Quality of Life Survey (QLS) were recalculated. The recalculation of these indicators was carried out following the calculation of the expansion coefficients based on the resident population from the 2011 RPL Population and Housing Census.
The indicators related to citizenship and country of birth refer to the population aged 18 and over.
For the indicators that refer to another citizenship and another country of birth, the data are insignificant due to the low number of observed cases.
