Important!
· Please hold Shift or Ctrl keys while clicking the dimension elements to obtain a multiple selection.
· Use the three buttons below each dimension to ease your selection: Expand, Collapse and Select All
· The measuring units are all selected by default, to prevent empty results when combining uncompatible requests (for example, one may ask for production of corn measured in liters; or a value in ROL after the denomination in 2005). You are free to modify the selection, just be careful. Thank you!
SAR105A - Relative at-risk-of-poverty rate before social transfers, the pensions excluded by gender
Definition Relative at-risk-of-poverty rate before social transfers is defined as the share of poor persons (according to the estimation relative method) in total population. The indicator has two forms:
a) The poverty rate before social transfers, the pensions included (all the social transfers received are deducted from the disposable income, the pensions are deducted too);
b) The poverty rate before social transfers, the pensions excluded only the social transfers other than pensions are deducted from the disposable income).
In other words, in the form a) there are no social transfers in the income and in the form b) the social transfers are represented only by pensions.
The social transfers represent measures of social protection that consist of: pensions, allowances for children and other family benefits, unemployment benefits, compensations for sick leave, compensations and benefits for persons with disabilities, school and university scholarships, war invalids, orphans and widows benefits, benefits for persons with low incomes, etc.
