SAR108A - Material deprivation rate for the ''Economic strain'' 
Definition Material deprivation rate for the ''Economic strain'' (the 1st dimension) represent the share of persons which does could not afford one or more of the following:
- to cover utility costs, rent and credit (including loans and purchase instalments for purchase of goods);
- to spend one week annual holiday away from home;
- to eat a meal with meat, chicken or fish or equivalent vegetarian meal every second day;
- to financially afford to keep dwelling warm;
- to cover unexpected expenses from own resources (1/12 from at-risk-of-poverty threshold)
in total population.

Observations Data are available starting with 2007.
In the period 2007-2014 have been recalculated social inclusion indicators from the survey on the quality of life (ACAV).These indicators recalculation was made by calculation of the coefficients of expansion based on resident population from Population and Housing Census 2011.
