Definition |
The classroom teachers are the individuals who work in the educational system and teach in the educational and training process (full-time or part-time employees). Each teacher is registered only once and only in the educational unit where his/her job title (Employment Record Book) is kept in or where he/she teaches most of his/her classes. |

For 1990-1996 the data are completed only at total level.
For 2012, and staring with 2014 the data are not available.
When calculating the data by the teaching language, in addition to Romanian, the languages of national minorities were also taken into account. |
