Definition |
Graduate is the student who graduated the final school/academic year of a level of education, regardless of the fact that he/she passed or not the school-leaving examination, the Bachelor's degree examination, etc. The graduates are counted at the end of the school/academic year (after the resits are passed).
Graduates holding a degree represent all individuals who, upon completing an education level, have passed the graduation examination and obtained a degree/diploma (e.g. Baccalaureate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, PhD Degree, Graduation diploma, etc.).

As of 2014, ''Second Chance Program'' graduates are counted together with the vocational schools graduates - 2nd cycle secondary education, and inclusive education centers graduates are counted together with special vocational schools graduates. |
