Methodology |
The statistical data from this matrix were obtain by linking business demography (BD) statistics to external trade in goods statistics by enterprise characteristics (TEC) and structural business statistics(SBS). |

Observations |
NACE Rev.2 breakdown: Total business economy, repair of computers, excluding K refers to sections B-N, S95, excluding section K from NACE_Rev2. Manufacturing refers to section C from NACE_Rev2. Wholesale trade refers to sections G45, G46 from NACE_Rev2. Mining and quarrying; other services refers to mining and quarrying; electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply; water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities; construction; retail trade; transportation and storage; accommodation and food service activities; information and communication; real estate activities; professional, scientific and technical activities; administrative and support service activities; other service activities (Sections B, D, E, F, division G47, H, I, J, L, M, N, division S95 from NACE_Rev2). Other refers to Agriculture; Financial and insurance activities; Public administration; Education; Human health and social work activities; Arts, entertainment and recreation; Activities of households as employers (Sections A, K, O - U form NACE_Rev2 , excluding division S95). 'Unknown' refers to Foreign companies not registered in Romania for fiscal purposes, for which there were filled in customs declarations on RO border; private individuals.
High Growth Enterprises have been determined by the definition for high growth units from Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 439/2014 of 29 April 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 250/2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No 295/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning structural business statistics, as regards the definitions of characteristics and the technical format for the transmission of data ( https://eur-lex.europa.eu/). |
