Gender pay gap in unadjusted form (according to Eurostat methodology) represents the share of the difference between the average gross hourly earnings of men and that of women in the average gross hourly earnings of men. |

Methodology |
Calculation method: Divide the average gross hourly earnings of women by the average gross hourly earnings of men, multiply by 100 and subtract from 100. When calculating the average gross hourly earnings for gender pay gap, the gross amounts paid occasionally and the rights in kind are excluded. The gross amounts taken into account in the calculation of gross profit are: -gross amounts from the salary fund (excluding occasional prizes, rights in kind, amounts for previous periods); -gross amounts from other funds. Employees are all persons who have work contact/ service relationship with the company and receive a remuneration, regardless of the type of work performed, the number of hours worked (full-time or part-time) and the duration of the contract (determined or indefinite). |
