Definition The indicator is expressed as a share of the gross freshwater abstraction from the total water resources. 
Periodicity Annual 
Data sources NIS calculates the indicator based on the indicators provided by the National Administration "Romanian Waters" 
Methodology It is calculated based on total water abstractions and total water resources. 
Last update DEC 12, 2024 
Observations The data series has been updated in February 2023.
