THO0721 - Target 2 - Economic - Degree of energy independence 
Definition The degree of energy independence is expressed as a percentage and represents the ratio between the production of primary energy and the amount of primary energy available in the reference period.
This amount is calculated by deducting from export energy resources and stocks at the end of the reference period.
