Definition The indicator is defined as the growth rate of labour productivity per person employed, expressed as a percentage change from the previous year.
The indicator tracks the amount of output that is produced by a person in employment.

Methodology Real GDP growth relative to the number of persons employed for the comparison periods minus 100.
