Definition |
Forest roads are technological transport routes, of private utility, used for: forest management, hunting and sport fishing activities, interventions in case of damage, calamities or disasters, being closed to public traffic, except for sport, recreation and tourism activities that can be practiced only with the owner's consent, and in the case of state-owned forests, with the consent of their administrator. National Forest Stock - represents the total area of forests, of the land intended for afforestration, of the land that serves the needs related to forestry crops, production and management, of ponds, beds of brooks, as well as other areas intended for forestry and non-productive land included in forestry planning including the changes in area, according to the input-output operations, performed in compliance with the legal requirements, irrespective of the ownership type. |
