TJU0913 - Target 1 - Economic - SHARE OF MODERNIZED ROADS IN TOTAL ROAD NETWORK 
Definition The length of public roads represents the totality of roads open to public traffic on the entire territory of the country; it is grouped from an administrative point of view in the network of national, county and communal roads, including each one, the respective road categories.
They are registered at a certain date (usually at the end of the year) and are grouped as follows:
- modernized roads;
- roads with light road clothing;
- paved roads;
- dirt roads.

Methodology The indicator is calculated by relating the length of the modernized roads to the total length of roads, both on the total network and on categories (km).
