Methodology |
The total expenditure dor research-development activity include all the expenditures (current and capital) made for the research-development activity regardless of the source of financing. The public sector includes at the national level the government sector of performance and the higher education sector of performance. Gross domestic product (GDP), one of the main aggregates of national accounting, is the measure of the total economic activities carried out on an economic territory that result in a production that meets the final requirements of the economy. GDP can be calculated by the following three methods: the production method, the expenditure method and the income method. |
