TMN1171 - Target 7 - Environment - Dispose of hazardous waste generated 
Definition The indicator expresses the amount of hazardous waste generated. 
Periodicity 2 years 
Data sources National Agency for Environmental Protection, Integrated Environmental Information System, Waste Statistics application, statistical questionnaires, plus data provided by the NIS on agricultural waste and medical waste 
Methodology The data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) 2150/2002 on waste statistics as subsequently amended and supplemented.
Included is hazardous industrial waste generated by economic operators carrying out production activities within the scope of CANE: A, B, C, D, E, F, G-U including the quantities of WEEE, end-of-life vehicles.
The indicator is calculated by summing the quantities reported by economic operators generating hazardous waste, the quantities of WEEE from administrative sources, the quantities of end-of-life vehicles reported by economic operators.
