Methodology |
The energy productivity of the economy is a key strategy indicator that helps identify a dysfunction between energy consumption and growth. The changes in the indicator reflect changes in energy productivity and the structure of the economy. The available gross energy is calculated as follows: primary production + recovered and recycled products + imports - exports + stock changes. |
