Definition |
The capacity of IWW vessels is given by the quantity of goods or the number of passengers that can be transported under safe navigation conditions. The capacity of freight vessels is expressed in tonnes, the power of tugs and pushing craft in kW, while the capacity of passenger vessels is expressed in number of passengers. |
