TRN130A - Transport of goods at ports, by categories of port operations, transport modes and groups of goods NST/R 
Definition Transport of goods at ports includes loadings and unloadings on and from maritime and inland waterways vessels, regardless the nationality of registration of the vessel. Inland waterways (IWW) transport includes data on transit transport by inland waterways.
The variables collected are measured in tonnes loaded and unloaded at ports and in transit by inland waterways.

Methodology Data are presented by groups of goods (01-24) in NST/R Standard Goods Classification for Transport Statistics/Revised, 1967.
The variables are calculated as sum of goods loaded and unloaded on and from vessels calling at ports or reported in transit transport by inland waterways, for every group of goods NST/R. 
Last update FEB 09, 2011 
Observations Data series 1990-1993 are available as totals by modes of transport only, i.e. maritime and inland waterways transport.
Data available up to 2007 reference year. 
Interruption Last period of this series: Year 2007. After this period, the series continue with the TRN130B matrix
