TRN139A - Length of public roads by type of road, type of road surface, macroregions, development regions and counties 
Definition The length of public roads is given by all the roads open to public traffic across the entire territory of the country; from an administrative point of view, it is grouped into three networks (of national, county and communal roads), each of them including the corresponding categories of roads.
They are registered at a certain date (usually at the end of the year) and are grouped as follows:
- modernised roads;
- roads with light covering;
- stone paved roads;
- unpaved roads.
