TRN140A - Vehicle - kilometers by destination and type of road transport 
Definition Vehicles travel is the total distance covered by road vehicles which perform transports both loaded and empty, the distance covered by the goods road vehicle, transported with the help of other means of transportation excluded.

Observations The data are available since 2007.
Since the reference year 2014, the indicator ''Transit'' was replaced with variables ''Cross-trade'' and ''Cabotage'', and variables 'Unloadings', 'Loadings', 'Cross-trade' and 'Cabotage' refer to laden journeys only.
Road transport of goods data refer to the carriage performed with goods road transport motor vehicles, registered in Romania, with a load capacity of at least 3.5 tonnes, working on the basis of a license valid for goods transport.
Since the reference year 2023, the differences between the data per total and the data obtained by cumulating various structures used are caused by rounding.
