Definition |
Persons definitively convicted by the court of justice refer to the number of persons definitively convicted for infringements against the penal law. In case of persons convicted for several offences, the most severe offence was registered in judicial statistics. An offence is an action stipulated by criminal law that has been committed under guilt, without justification and for the commission of which a person can be charged. Persons definitively convicted for bribery, bribery or influence peddling are the persons who have been convicted for one of these crimes, as they are defined in art. 290, 291 and 292 of the Criminal Code. |
